St. Louis Rub - rib seasoning in classic BBQ tradition from Widowmakers BBQ
St. Louis Rub is a spice blend from Widowmakers BBQ developed to create authentic St. Louis-style ribs. The brown sugar base provides sweetness that caramelizes during cooking, while smoked paprika and regular paprika add a distinct smokiness. Cumin, mustard, and chili powder build depth of flavor, and cayenne pepper and black pepper provide a balanced heat without overpowering.
The seasoning is specifically made for pork ribs but works equally well on pulled pork and pork shoulder. If you want a sweet and smoky profile on chicken wings, it's also an excellent choice. It can also be used as a base for sweet BBQ sauces or sprinkled over grilled corn and sweet potatoes.
How to use St. Louis Rub
