Flavor profile & serving tips
Clear lingonberry acidity meets the bitter sweetness of red vermouth and gets depth and spice from the gin. The result is a complex cocktail with a taste profile that brings to mind Swedish forests, moss and autumn leaves. The lingonberry adds freshness and structure, while the vermouth rounds off with warming notes of herbs and dried fruit. The gin ties the flavors together with its juniper profile.
This is a drink for those who like distinct flavors with an adult character, perfect before a meal, with a charcuterie platter with game sausage, or as a social drink in front of the fire.
