Shipping & Delivery
When will my order be shipped? Normally, we ship your products no later than the next business day after receiving your order. Exceptions may occur during high-pressure periods such as Christmas or Black Friday, during which your order will leave our warehouse within 1–2 business days.
Free Shipping If your order meets the threshold for free shipping, the delivery will be handled via a service point (pickup point) carrier.
Shipping Fees The fee for each shipping method is displayed at checkout. For the transport of hazardous goods, a surcharge of 89 SEK may apply.
Transport Risk We assume the transport risk, meaning the risk of the goods being damaged or lost during transit from our warehouse to you. The customer is responsible for the risk during any return shipments to us.
Delivery Times
How long is the delivery time? Delivery normally takes 3–5 business days after the goods have left our warehouse, though it may occasionally take longer.
If you have waited longer than one week, please contact our customer service. We reserve the right to notify the customer if an item cannot be delivered or is delayed due to high order volumes, and we reserve the right to disclaim any compensation to the customer regarding delivery delays.

Outside of Sweden
DHL Parcel Connect - DHL will provide end of transport with their Parcel Connect services where you as reciever can choose how you want to recieve your package.
