🍍 Piña Colada – creamy cocktail with rum, coconut and pineapple

A true Puerto Rican holiday classic, the Piña Colada blends rum, coconut cream and pineapple juice into a creamy, sweet and exotic cocktail, as popular on the beach as it is at the bar.

Ingredients

  • 4 cl light rum
  • 2 cl coconut cream (or coconut cream)
  • 9 cl pineapple juice
  • Ice (preferably crushed)
  • Pineapple slice and cocktail cherry for garnish

Approach

  1. Pour all ingredients into a shaker or blender with ice.
  2. Shake or blend until the drink becomes creamy.
  3. Pour into a tall glass (highball or hurricane).
  4. Garnish with a slice of pineapple and cherry.
