Ingredients
- 4 cl light rum
- 2 cl coconut cream (or coconut cream)
- 9 cl pineapple juice
- Ice (preferably crushed)
- Pineapple slice and cocktail cherry for garnish
Approach
- Pour all ingredients into a shaker or blender with ice.
- Shake or blend until the drink becomes creamy.
- Pour into a tall glass (highball or hurricane).
