🍊 Paloma – fresh cocktail with tequila and grapefruit
A Mexican favorite that's as simple as it is refreshing, the Paloma combines tequila, grapefruit, and lime in a bubbly and slightly bitter cocktail that's quickly become a modern classic.
Ingredients
- 5 cl blanco tequila
- 10 cl grapefruit soda (or freshly squeezed juice + soda water)
- 1 cl freshly squeezed lime juice
- A pinch of salt (optional)
- Ice
- Grapefruit slice for garnish
Approach
- Fill a highball glass with ice.
- Pour in tequila and lime juice.
- Fill with grapefruit soda and stir gently.
- Garnish with a slice of grapefruit.
