Ingredients

  • 6 cl gin
  • 1 cl dry vermouth
  • Ice
  • Lemon twist or green olive for garnish

Approach

  1. Stir gin and vermouth with ice in a mixing glass.
  2. Stir for about 30 seconds until well chilled.
  3. Strain into a chilled martini glass.
  4. Garnish with olive or lemon zest.
