Martini – classic gin-based cocktail

Ingredients
- 6 cl gin
- 1 cl dry vermouth
- Ice
- Lemon twist or green olive for garnish
Approach
- Stir gin and vermouth with ice in a mixing glass.
- Stir for about 30 seconds until well chilled.
- Strain into a chilled martini glass.
- Garnish with olive or lemon zest.
