🍂 Sea buckthorn Collins
A Nordic interpretation of the classic Tom Collins, where the acidity and color of sea buckthorn play the main role. Together with gin, lemon and soda water you get a fresh and invigorating drink that feels both modern and timeless.
Ingredients
- 4 cl gin
- 3 cl sea buckthorn puree (or concentrated juice)
- 2 cl freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1.5 cl sugar syrup (1:1)
- Soda water
- Ice
- Fresh sea buckthorn berries or lemon slice for garnish
Approach
- Fill a highball glass with ice.
- Shake gin, sea buckthorn puree, lemon juice and syrup with ice.
- Strain into the glass.
- Top with soda water and garnish with sea buckthorn or lemon.
